This small, supportive group coaching space is designed for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. It emphasises no restrictions, perfection, or starting again. Instead, it offers personalised nutrition, behaviour change strategies, exercise, and more. The aim is to help you end yo-yo dieting and address your unique needs and challenges in a way that fits your life. It focuses on building consistency and understanding your body, with supportive guidance throughout. So you can start feeling more like yourself again, stronger, happier, and in control.
I created this because I saw so many women stuck in the same cycle, either knowing what to do but struggling to stay consistent or fed up with paying for things that do not work and feeling like they’re constantly starting over.
I also know that 1:1 coaching isn’t always accessible for everyone, so this offers a more affordable way to get support not only from me but also from being part of a small, like-minded group.

With a maximum of 10 women, this space stays personal, supportive and focused on you.
£85/month (£170 upfront for the full 2 months) or £90/month if you’d prefer to spread the cost.
