Aerobics and Tone Class

Wednesday, 6.30 pm – 7.15 pm

A fun and energising aerobics class using light dumbbells to help build strength, improve fitness, and boost your mood. Suitable for all levels.

Expect a great playlist (think feel-good throwbacks and 80s vibes), a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, and a class that leaves you feeling better than when you arrived.

Mats and dumbbells are provided. Just bring yourself and get ready to move!

Vinyasa Yoga Flow Class

Wednesday, 7.30 pm – 8.15 pm

A calming and accessible Vinyasa Flow class designed to help you strengthen, unwind, and reset at the end of the day.

Expect a flowing practice that gradually builds warmth and strength while linking breath with movement. The class is designed to help release tension, improve mobility, and leave you feeling more balanced and grounded by the end of the session.

This class is suitable for all levels, with options offered throughout, whether you’re completely new to yoga or returning to your mat.

Mats are provided, but do feel free to bring your own along with some water.

I’m a regular teacher at Hotpod Yoga Studio in Leicester, where you can join my hot yoga classes. It’s also a great way to meet me in person and experience my teaching style before exploring my workshops, private yoga, or coaching sessions.

Immerse yourself in a unique yoga experience as you stretch, breathe, and sweat in the Hotpod. I will guide you through postures that work the body and calm the mind, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

Nuffield Health Leicester Fitness & Wellbeing Gym

You can also find me regularly teaching and covering classes at Nuffield Health Leicester Fitness & Wellbeing Gym. I teach a variety of classes there, including Vinyasa Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yin Yoga, and fitness-based sessions such as Tone. It’s a lovely, welcoming space and another opportunity to experience my teaching style in a supportive community.
