Summer Solstice Yoga Workshop, Ratby, Leicestershire

Sunday 21st June 2026, 9.30 am - 11.30 am

Join us for a special seasonal yoga workshop for a double celebration on Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year and International Yoga Day. We’ll begin with breathwork and an energising flow, including sun salutations to build warmth and energy in the body. This will be followed by a guided Yoga Nidra, offering space to slow down, reset, and ease into the seasonal shift. There will also be time to pause, reflect, and journal if you wish. This is a chance to step away from the busyness of everyday life, move your body, and share a relaxed, welcoming space together. We’ll finish with tea and homemade cake. All levels are welcome.
