I created this after seeing so many women stuck in the same cycle I had been in: knowing what to do but struggling to stay consistent, or spending money on diets, plans, and programmes that never delivered lasting results.
I also know that private 1:1 coaching isn’t accessible to everyone. This programme offers a more affordable way to receive expert support, accountability, and encouragement, not only from me but also from a small group of women on a similar journey.
